We update our case processing system at the weekend and therefore keep the Rejsekort Customer Service closed.
As the system is down for most of the weekend, both written and telephone inquiries are closed.
From Monday we are ready to help again.
It is possible to check in both with Rejsekort as a card and app, to use our Self Service, buy tickets in RejseBillet and use the Journey Planner.
