If you experience problems with Self Service, you may want to try using a different browser – e.g., Google Chrome or Edge.

hand 1 Set up a user profile

You must register as a user through our Self Service to order a card. You can easily register as a user even if you do not need a card yourself but, for example, need to order one for your child.

The first time you order, you must register with MitID and you must choose a Rejsekort Personal, a Rejsekort Flex, or a Commuter Pass to keep on using our Self Service.

If you choose to log in to our Self Service with username and password, and you forget these log-in details, you can always order a new one.

You do so by clicking “Do you have problems logging in?”and then entering your email address and postal code.

When you log in to our Self Service and click on “My information”, you can update the information. For example, if you have a new email address or new mobile number, update this information so that we can contact you with important information.

Your name, address, and year of birth are automatically updated via the CPR register that you registered with as a MitID user. Note that customers with protected name and address need to update the information themselves.

Through our Self Service, you can also update the payment card that your agreements are charged to. It is important to update your payment card information so that your agreements are not cancelled. Log in and choose “Payment agreements” to update your payment card information.

You can either set up the agreements when you order a card, or you can do so afterwards. The only requirements are that you are at least 18 years old, have a payment card, and are registered as a user in our Self Service. You can set up agreements for your card and others.

If you wish to top up yourself
You can also choose to top up your card yourself through our Self Service or through a Rejsekort vending machine when the balance is low.

If you are going by bus, it may take up to 24 hours. The amount is transferred when you check in or when you insert your card into a Rejsekort vending machine.

At the Rejsekort vending machine, you can do several of the same things that you do through our online Self Service. For example, you can top up your card, temporarily change the customer type; or see your balance, recent journeys, and the settings of the card.

You can also use the Rejsekort vending machine with a Rejsekort Anonymous.

If you have a Season Pass, you can see your commuter area and when the current period expires, as well as renew the period.
