If you experience errors in RejseBillet or have suggestions for improvement, you can press the speech bubble on the front of RejseBillet. From that menu, you can choose "Do you like RejseBillet". You can write your suggestion for improvement or what you experience as errors. Please note that you will not receive a reply to your inquiry.
Remember that you must ensure that you have a valid travel permit before you start your journey. If you experience errors in the app, please try again or purchase another ticket.Get help
